Week One...

We've had a great first week home with Wyatt.

Lots of cuddle time!

His first doctor visit went well. He's gaining weight and apparantly length too! He's 2-1/2" longer than the what the hospital recorded at birth. He's outgrowing his little outfits rather quickly! Fortunately, we go thru about 7 outfits a day, so he'll have the opportunity to wear all the cute clothes that he was given before they're too small :)

  1. Your photos of your son are incredible! You're stirring up all those latent "mothering" instincts and I'm just purring!

I am so happy for you.

  2. What a beautiful baby! Wyatt certainly is photogenic. How long was he at birth? I am glad to see you back at the blogger again. Enjoy the cuddle time while you can. It passes way too quickly!

  3. hey Alice - they said he was 21 inches, but later that day, they said he was not measured right because he was longer? so.. who knows? I hope that all is well your way!

  4. Whoa! Talk about growing right before your eyes! Very glad he is doing so well! Beautiful picture of Wyatt – he looks like an angel! Being neighbors is a lovely thought! It would be too much fun to spoil Wyatt rotten with love (though I think you are doing a good and proper job yourself)! : )

  5. My son was the same way. All curled up in the womb, it takes a few days for them to uncurl! He grew up to be 6'3". Gowns and booties worked much better than sleepers!
